I don't really even know what's new in it yet, but it should have the changes necessary for the still elusive Update Rollup 6 that should be re-released soon by Microsoft.
One notable change from 5.0.8 to 5.0.9 that I did notice is that if you search the documentation .CHM file included for my name it actually returns 1 result. :)
